Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC seeks a Business Development Manager Energy Conversion to lead US growth in heat pump and steam compressor solutions. You will build strategic partnerships, target new and existing customers, and drive sales within a remote US territory.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will manage planning, customer engagement, and project-based opportunities, while staying informed on decarbonization regulations and incentives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in thermal management (industrial chillers/steam boilers/heat pumps).
• Strong technical and commercial acumen to translate product capabilities into customer benefits.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sell Energy Conversion products to end‑users, EPCs, and distributors.
• Conduct plant surveys, report preparation and savings documentation.
• Maintain CRM activity: opportunities, pricing approvals, and pipeline management.
• Prepare reports on activity, lost orders, closings, and forecasts.
