You will lead the development of strategic partnerships, drive revenue, and promote heat pump and steam compressor solutions across new and existing customer segments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in thermal management or related field with direct sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen to translate product capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell energy conversion products to end-users, EPCs, and distributors within the assigned area.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
