Job summary

ARCXIS is seeking a qualified Energy Code Compliance (ECC) Rater to test HVAC systems per Title 24 guidelines. We offer training for candidates willing to become ECC certified and provide auto allowances for travel.

This remote role involves daily site inspections with a focus on accuracy and customer service. Primary duties include conducting inspections, preparing detailed reports, and complying with safety and credential requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be HERS Certified or willing to become ECC certified.
• Reliable transportation to support testing equipment and ladder.
• Ability to conduct multiple inspections daily.
• Able to pass background and motor vehicle checks.
• Able to submit reports via computer or smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC testing in accordance with Title 24 guidelines.
• Submit inspection reports to the office via the web portal.
• Travel as needed to conduct inspections across the service area.
• Train to become ECC certified and grow in a growing field.
