Job summary

ARCXIS is seeking an Energy Code Compliance (ECC) Rater to test HVAC systems per Title 24 guidelines. This role may involve travel across the region and requires certification by a State Registry, with on-the-job training available for ECC certification.

Raters work from home with schedules provided by our office and must pass background checks. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for daily site visits.

Qualifications

• HVAC testing knowledge or aptitude.
• Willing to pursue ECC certification.
• Ability to conduct inspections daily.
• Reliable transportation for travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC tests on sites and submit reports promptly.
• Travel locally up to 80-120 miles daily.
• Follow Title 24 guidelines and maintain accuracy.
• Participate in training for ECC certification.
