Job summary

Arcxis Biotechnologies, Inc. is seeking an ECC Rater to join our remote field team. The role centers on testing HVAC systems per Title 24 guidelines, with required ECC certification or a path to training to achieve ECC status.

A high school diploma is required, plus willingness to travel for inspections. We provide structured training and a stable career path in a growing field, with compensation including hourly wages and a $500 bonus after six months, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• HERS certification or willingness to become ECC certified.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to conduct multiple inspections per day.
• Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
• Attention to detail and customer-focused.
• Ability to submit reports via computer or smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of HVAC systems for Title 24 compliance.
• Conduct multiple inspections daily and submit reports to the office portal.
• Travel approximately 80–120 miles per day as required.
• Support training as ECC certification is pursued by candidates.
