CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Advisor for a fully remote, phone- and email-based role supporting residential energy-efficiency projects. You will guide homeowners and contractors from eligibility through rebates, explaining upgrades and incentives, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

No building-science background is required; training will be provided. The role emphasizes high-volume, independent work with strong customer-service focus and accuracy in processing paperwork.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of relevant experience; customer service or high-volume communication experience is valued.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems (e.g. Microsoft Office) and general technology.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing phone/email support to property owners and contractors for project conversion.
• Troubleshoot questions and advise on program requirements.
• Process rebates, data entry, and QA/QC documentation with attention to detail.
