Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an Energy Advisor for a fully remote, high-volume customer support role assisting residential energy-efficiency projects. You will guide homeowners and contractors from eligibility through paperwork, program qualifications, and rebates, with training provided for the technical side.

The successful candidate will have strong customer-service instincts, excellent communication and organization skills, and the ability to manage many interactions independently in a remote

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of relevant experience; customer service or high‑volume communication experience valued
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and general technology
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Genuine interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or helping customers; no specific degree required

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, ongoing support to property owners and contractors via phone and email to support project conversion and contract compliance
• Troubleshoot customer and contractor questions and provide guidance on program requirements
• Complete rebate processing, calculations, data entry, and QA/QC documentation review with strong attention to detail
• Record customer and contractor interactions to meet program tracking and reporting requirements
• Travel occasionally for team events or program needs
