Job summary

Aprio is hiring an IT End User Services Manager to lead a small team of endpoint engineers while staying hands-on in deployment, configuration, and support of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. You will own endpoint standards, device hardening, and software packaging, while guiding peripheral and hardware recommendations.

You will manage patches, updates, and OS migrations, ensure security and compliance, and collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and the service desk.

Qualifications

• Hands-on endpoint management with Windows/macOS/Linux experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching for a small team.
• Experience deploying, securing, and supporting endpoint devices.
• Knowledge of security hardening and endpoint compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of endpoint engineers while performing hands-on work.
• Define and maintain endpoint standards, baselines, and packaging.
• Evaluate and recommend IT peripherals and end-user hardware.
• Implement endpoint security controls and monitor compliance.
• Manage updates, patches, and OS migrations across endpoints.
• Provide Level 3 support and handle escalation queues.
• Document configurations, runbooks, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, and service desk teams.
