Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to drive senior-level change programs across global supply chain transformations. You will deliver hands-on OCM, advise executives, coach teams, and build internal capabilities while shaping standards and reusable assets.

The role is remote in the US with up to 30% travel, requiring 12+ years in OCM and proven multi-region delivery. The position includes performance bonus opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Organizational Change Management, transformation, or related consulting experience.
• Experience leading enterprise technology, supply chain, process, or organizational transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR, SAP Activate, or comparable change methodologies, with experience in Agile, waterfall, and hybrid environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCM engagements across complex enterprise and supply chain transformation programs.
• Conduct organizational, stakeholder, change impact, readiness, and role/job-design assessments to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Develop and execute integrated OCM strategies and plans, including communications, stakeholder alignment, business readiness, and risk mitigation.
• Design and facilitate executive sessions, stakeholder workshops, focus groups, and cross-functional working sessions.
• Establish business readiness teams and change champion networks to engage impacted employees and support communications and adoption.
• Develop and deploy change readiness surveys and use findings to identify readiness gaps and actions.
• Assess organizational structures, responsibilities, decision rights, and future-state ways of working and provide recommendations.
• Advise and coach C-suite executives and senior leaders on sponsorship, leadership alignment, communications, and adoption outcomes.
• Build alignment across functional leaders around transformation objectives and cross-functional requirements.
• Coach client OCM resources to build sustainable internal change-management capabilities.
• Lead, coach, and mentor OCM consultants while providing quality oversight across engagements.
• Establish and continuously improve OCM standards, processes, methodologies, tools, templates, accelerators, and reusable delivery assets.
• Incorporate lessons learned and evolving transformation needs to strengthen OCM delivery.
• Partner with project and program management to integrate OCM activities into plans.
• Support OCM workforce planning, recruiting, interviewing, and development of internal and contract OCM resources.
