Job summary

HID Global Corporation seeks an End User Business Development Manager, Manufacturing, to drive growth across North America by engaging end-user customers and advancing HID's physical access control and security solutions.

You will lead end-user engagements, build strategic relationships with security, IT, and operations leaders, and guide the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, while staying current on HID PACS technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience in physical access control or related tech solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-user corporate culture, decision-making in industrial markets (logistics, manufacturing, retail).
• Proficient knowledge of HID PACS, authentication tech, and HID's roadmap to support solution positioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to close with end-user clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with security, IT and operations leaders.
