Job summary

LendSure Mortgage Corp is seeking an Encompass Administrator for a remote role with preference for candidates in San Diego, CA or Kennesaw, GA. The position requires deep knowledge of the Encompass loan origination workflow and the ability to configure and customize the system to support end-to-end processing.

Responsibilities include building and testing new system enhancements, managing changes, integrating third-party tools, training users, and maintaining security and access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; 3+ years mortgage industry experience.
• Solid IT experience across development, infrastructure, operations.
• Able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and support in Encompass workflows.
• Build, test and implement system enhancements and integrations.
• Manage Encompass enhancements from testing to production deployment.
• Monitor Encompass version updates and configure accordingly.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with software vendors.
• Train business units on new features and maintain user access rights.
• Create and maintain Encompass reports and data tapes.
• Additional related duties may be assigned.
