PRN Ambulance, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle undirected calls in a remote Communications Center. You will triage to the right resources, operate a multi-line phone system and radio, and document using CAD.

The role emphasizes professional communication and adherence to company policies. The position requires strong typing, EMS or call-center experience is preferred, and inclusion of shift rotations including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of multi-line telephone experience.
• Ability to type a minimum of forty (40) words per minute.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, and spreadsheet software programs.
• Ability to document information electronically.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage undirected calls coming into the Communications Center and direct to appropriate resource.
• Operate multi-line phone system and radio equipment.
• Document all phone and radio communications using CAD.
• Prioritize requests for service and communicate effectively with callers.
• Familiarize with Company service areas and medical facilities.
• Maintain professional conduct with internal and external customers.
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings.
