Job summary

PRN Ambulance, Inc. is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to handle undirected calls and triage to the appropriate resources within the Communications Center.

This role requires strong communication, ability to type, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a schedule that includes 3x12 or 4x12 shifts and potential overtime. Wages start at $16.90 to $18.47 per hour; non-exempt.

Qualifications

• Must pass final exam for CSR after 4 weeks of first shift
• Must obtain EMD certification within 6 months
• Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and overtime
• Pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage undirected calls to appropriate resources
• Document all phone and radio communications in CAD
• Operate multi-line phone system and radio equipment
• Navigate software programs while documenting requests
• Communicate clearly with callers and internal teams
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings
• Perform other duties as assigned
