Job summary

The Pennant Group is seeking an EMR Market Resource to lead Pinnacle EMR training across regional markets. You will create training content, coach staff, and ensure efficient EMR usage through ongoing education and coaching.

Role requires collaboration with clinical and business leaders, plus hands-on support during go-lives and system upgrades. Travel up to 30% is expected, with remote and on-site engagement across facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience with EMR systems in healthcare.
Experience in training, curriculum development, and coaching within clinical or business environments.
Proven ability to manage projects, including rollouts, evaluations, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

Develop Pinnacle-specific EMR training content and curriculum tailored to regional needs.
Deliver on-site and remote training across facilities and basecamps.
Coach staff on EMR best practices to improve documentation and workflows.
Create SOPs and document EMR-related processes thoroughly.
Support SOX and audit-related processes and go-live events.
