Job summary

Pennant Services seeks an EMR Market Resource to lead Pinnacle EMR training across regional markets, designing curriculum, delivering coaching, and driving continuous improvement in documentation and workflow. You will deliver on-site and remote sessions, develop SOPs, and partner with clinical and business leaders to ensure optimal EMR utilization and adoption across facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience with EMR systems in healthcare.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
Experience in training, curriculum development, and coaching in clinical or business environments.
Proven ability to manage projects, including rollouts, evaluations, and system integrations.
Familiarity with EMR integrations and third-party vendor tools in healthcare marketplaces.

Responsibilities

Develop Pinnacle-specific EMR training content and curriculum for regional needs.
Deliver on-site and remote EMR training across facilities and leadership levels.
Coach staff on EMR best practices to improve documentation quality and workflow.
Create and implement SOPs and maintain EMR-related documentation.
Support regional acquisitions and go-live events with EMR expertise and adoption.
Collaborate with Clinical Leaders to identify system gaps and improvement opportunities.
