Job summary

Foundation Medicine is looking for a Program Specialist, EMR Implementations to manage end-to-end delivery of EMR integrations and upgrades. This position requires strong project management skills, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely, on-scope delivery.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in project management or implementation roles. The expected salary is between $85,360 - $106,700 per year, along with potential annual bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in project management or implementation roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for new EMR integrations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and milestones.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Manage client communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure integration configurations meet customer requirements.
• Identify project risks and dependencies early.
• Facilitate customer enablement and training.
• Co-lead go live readiness activities.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews with Customer Success teams.
