Alignerr Corp. is seeking an EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist (AI Training) to contribute clinical systems expertise to healthcare AI projects.

This remote, hourly contract role emphasizes hands-on experience with Epic, Cerner, and similar platforms to support AI training and evaluation. You will annotate and review AI-generated content for accuracy and clinical relevance, identifying gaps and misrepresentations in system configurations.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR platforms—Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows.
Ability to critically evaluate technical content and identify inaccuracies.
Clear written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Apply EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical systems and workflows.
Review AI outputs for technical accuracy, clinical relevance, and real-world plausibility.
Identify gaps, errors, or misrepresentations in AI descriptions of system configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting processes.
Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models understand healthcare IT.
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
