Job summary

American Oncology Network AON is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I (non-RN) to support oncology trial implementation and ongoing study management. You will work under the PI, coordinate protocol tasks, consent, and data entry on-site in Florida.

Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, safety reporting, and collaboration across study teams. Strong organization, communication, and basic EMR/EDC/CTMS skills are required, with standard 8:00–5:00 hours, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school education required; some college preferred.
• Experience in clinical research or related medical science.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH/FDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients on clinical research protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting.
• Assist with adverse event documentation and data entry.
• Support budgeting elements and study coordination activities.
