Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center is seeking an Informatics and Analytics Coordinator for a remote role that supports the Strategic Management department. The position administers the EMR system Sigmund Software/Aura and analyzes data to produce recurring reports essential to governance and program planning.

Ideal candidates will live within the Pittsburgh, PA area or surrounding counties and be willing to travel regionally for training and business needs, with occasional travel to Gateway sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic medical record systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 security regulations.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Maintains EMR service desk tickets and responds to user issues.
• Monitors EMR vendor response times and coordinates with user groups.
• Distributes communications from EMR vendor including release notes and trainings.
• Coordinates data definitions and data integrity issues, changes to forms and policies.
• Provides staff trainings on EMR workflows and data reporting.
• Prepares variation analysis worksheets and graphs for regular reports.
• Provides data for legislative matters related to SUD funding and grants.
