Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with electronic medical record software (EMR).
• Experience with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service desk and informatics tickets for EMR users, ensuring timely responses.
• Monitor EMR vendor response times and ticket resolution.
• Coordinate Gateway participation in the vendor user groups and distribute release notes and trainings.
