Qualifications

• Active California law license and strong litigation background.
• Experience handling wage-hour matters and FEHA claims.
• Proven track record in drafting pleadings and trial prep.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation from inception to resolution.
• Handle wage-hour litigation including class actions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and other filings.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Prepare for mediations, arbitrations and trial.
• Advise clients on employment law strategy.
• Conduct workplace investigations as needed.
• Collaborate with legal teams to meet deadlines.
