Job summary

gobravvo is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney (JD) licensed in Colorado for a fully remote, direct-hire position. The role concentrates on wage-and-hour class actions and employer-side litigation, with significant opportunities to grow within a national plaintiff-side practice.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
• Experience with wage-and-hour, class action, or representative action litigation preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in civil discovery and motion practice.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for firm events and court proceedings.
• Plaintiff-side experience preferred, but defense exposure considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on wage-and-hour, employment, class actions, and related matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
• Participate in all phases of state and federal litigation, including hearings and depositions.
• Assist with and conduct discovery, including deposition prep and court appearances.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and updates.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, partners, and support teams on strategy.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a remote environment.
• Support cases through discovery, mediation, settlement, and trial prep.
