Employment Litigation Associate Attorney (JD) Our client, a nationally expanding plaintiff-side law firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated Employment Litigation Associate Attorney with a focus on wage and hour class action litigation. This fully remote, direct-hire opportunity offers legal professionals the chance to work within a dynamic, growth-oriented organization with an established footprint in employment law. The firm is well-known for representing employees in complex wage and hour, class, and representative action litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies. By joining this team, candidates will play a key role in the strategic expansion of the firm's employment litigation practice. The Employment Litigation Associate Attorney will collaborate with experienced partners, senior attorneys, and litigation support professionals to handle a variety of state and federal cases. The ideal candidate will bring strong civil litigation experience, particularly in employment matters, and demonstrate a commitment to advocating for employees' rights. This role requires an attorney licensed to practice law in Colorado, with approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The firm values attorneys with plaintiff-side backgrounds, but will also consider candidates from the defense side with substantial wage and hour or class action litigation exposure. Attorneys in this role will be responsible for conducting comprehensive legal research, drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and participating in all phases of litigation. The position offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in complex employment matters while benefiting from the resources and infrastructure of a larger organization. With no billable hour requirements and robust administrative support, the Employment Litigation Associate Attorney can focus on quality advocacy and case outcomes. The remote work environment is designed for legal professionals who are self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently. As the firm continues its national expansion, associates will have the chance to contribute to the firm's growth strategy in the Colorado market. The organization provides a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Additional perks include discretionary year-end performance bonuses, midyear merit increase opportunities, and a supportive team-based culture. Attorneys do not have to independently develop a book of business, as the firm offers established lead generation and marketing infrastructure to support ongoing client intake. Working in Colorado offers unique professional advantages, including the opportunity to participate in a rapidly evolving legal landscape and engage with a diverse array of employment law issues. While candidates must be licensed in Colorado, residency in the state is not required for this fully remote position. The firm may consider establishing a physical office in the future, but its current growth plan is focused on virtual expansion.
