ID Logistics seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel, Employment & Labor to advise HR, operations, risk, and leadership on a broad range of employment matters across the United States. The role emphasizes practical business-focused guidance, risk balancing, and proactive compliance.

The candidate will handle investigations, agency inquiries, wage-hour concerns, and labor relations support in a fast-growing logistics environment with competitive compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2–5 years in employment and labor law in law firm or in-house setting.
• Strong knowledge of Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA and related regs.
• Experience supporting workplace investigations and agency inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic legal advisor on employment matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain employment policies, handbooks, and related docs.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise stakeholders on changes affecting operations.
• Support labor relations in unionized or union-susceptible environments.
• Conduct or oversee internal investigations of discrimination, harassment, and misconduct.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Risk to ensure timely and compliant investigations.
• Manage agency charges and responses with EEOC, DOL, NLRB, and state agencies.
• Assist with litigation strategy, discovery coordination, and settlements.
