Qualifications

• Significant experience handling employment-related claims.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of EPLI matters including litigation and mediation.
• Represent insureds and insurers in employment-related disputes.
• Advise clients on employment law risk management.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documentation.
