The role targets lawyers with 2+ years of employment disputes experience, including multi-plaintiff and wage/hour actions, and DE bar admission.

The attorney will join a nationwide team and work under senior trial leadership to secure favorable resolutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on employment litigation experience.
• Experience handling multi-plaintiff actions and wage/hour issues.
• Familiarity with DE bar practice and public sector employment law.

Responsibilities

• Manage Delaware-based multi-plaintiff and wage/hour actions or single-plaintiff FEHA-type matters.
• Contribute to case strategy and client advocacy across a national platform.
• Collaborate with a nationwide team under senior trial leadership to secure favorable resolutions.
