I’m working with a well-established national labor & employment law firm seeking an experienced Employment Defense Attorney to join its California practice.

This is a fully remote opportunity open to attorneys located anywhere in the United States, provided they are actively admitted to the California Bar.

Experience: 3+ Years

The Role

The attorney will represent employers in a broad range of employment litigation and related workplace matters, including:

• Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
• Class and collective actions
• Wrongful termination matters
• Employment-related administrative proceedings
• Other complex employment litigation matters

Ideal Candidate

• California Bar admission in good standing
• 3+ years of employment defense / employer-side litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of California employment law
• Experience with discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and/or trial preparation
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with a national team

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 to $250,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
