Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth, Cloud/SaaS or life sciences environment.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Senior Leaders or P&L owners.
• Proven track record in designing 'Strategic Talent Moats'.
• Ability to translate HR initiatives into commercial impacts.
