Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience improving or automating manual processes in a school, project, or work setting.
• Demonstrated experience working in complex people environments, adeptly managing relationships upwards, downwards, and with peers to achieve a goal.
• Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce).
• Strong Operations Mindset: A natural inclination to keep processes buttoned up, paired with a relentless drive to bring order, logic, and structure to complex or fluid workflows.
• Mission-First Team Player: Proven track record of putting team success and the broader organizational mission ahead of self, innate understanding that we all win together.

Responsibilities

• Drive Practice Operational Discipline: streamline and maintain best practices across the Business Consulting practice, use data to influence field teams.
• Enable Data-Driven Decision Making: track metrics, generate actionable insights, ensure reporting accuracy for leadership decisions.
• Streamline Operations & Improve Efficiency: audit workflows, build solutions to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
• Act as a Collaborative Thought Partner: build cross-functional relationships across Business Consulting and Veeva teams.
• Adapt to Dynamic Priorities: stay agile in a fast-paced org and pivot to address shifting needs.
• Maintain Process & System Integrity: ensure adherence to procedures and own deliverables.
