Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth Cloud/SaaS or life sciences environment.
• Ability to articulate value proposition of products/services.
• Track record of partnering with Senior Leaders or P&L owners.

Responsibilities

• Enable leaders to confidently own the employee lifecycle.
• Eliminate administrative friction for service processes.
• Support managers in aligning talent with business objectives.
• Provide guidance in employee relations and change management.
• Speak the business language to solve commercial challenges.
