You’ll partner across teams to streamline operations, track metrics, and improve workflows in a fast-paced, international environment. A strong operations mindset and customer-focused teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical exposure (2+ years) in business/ops.
• Experience improving or automating manual processes in school, project, or work setting.
• Experience managing relationships up, down, and across teams to achieve goals.
• Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI/Excel/Salesforce).
• Natural operations mindset; ability to bring order to complex workflows.
• Team-first mindset focused on mission success over self.
• Willingness to collaborate across cultures, geographies, and time zones.
• Fast learner in a dynamic environment; proactive problem solving.
• Strong ownership, reliability, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Streamline and maintain best practices across the Business Consulting practice using data and clear communication.
• Track key operational metrics and generate actionable insights for leadership.
• Audit workflows to identify friction and build solutions to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Build cross-functional relationships across Business Consulting and Veeva teams to support peers.
• Adapt to dynamic priorities and pivot to address shifting business needs.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and take ownership of deliverables.
