NextPath Workforce Solutions in the United States is seeking a labor and employee relations professional for a remote contract role. You will act as a point of contact for labor and team member relations issues, support management communications, and help resolve labor-related matters.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in HR, investigations, and compliance, plus experience handling confidential files and data. Visa sponsorship is not available; only eligible US workers may apply.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of HR experience in employee relations, labor relations, investigations, compliance, or related fields.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations is required.
• Experience working in labor environments supporting grievance administration or union-related processes is preferred.
• Experience managing confidential case files and documentation is preferred.
• Experience compiling and analyzing workforce data is preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed workforces is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as a point of contact for labor and team member relations issues
• Support and facilitate communication between team members and management
• Assist in resolving labor-related and employee relations matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address and resolve employee concerns
