Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions in the United States is seeking a labor and employee relations professional for a remote contract role. You will act as a point of contact for labor and team member relations issues, support management communications, and help resolve labor-related matters.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in HR, investigations, and compliance, plus experience handling confidential files and data. Visa sponsorship is not available; only eligible US workers may apply.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of HR experience in employee relations, labor relations, investigations, compliance, or related fields.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations is required.
• Experience working in labor environments supporting grievance administration or union-related processes is preferred.
• Experience managing confidential case files and documentation is preferred.
• Experience compiling and analyzing workforce data is preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed workforces is preferred.

Responsibilities

SALARY

This is a remote,contract position.
$25-$27hr (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 5 years of Human Resources, Employee Relations, Team Member Relations, Labor Relations, Investigations, Compliance, or related experience required.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations required.
• Experience working in labor environment supporting grievance administration, collective bargaining agreement tracking, or other labor-relations processes preferred.
• Experience managing confidential case files and documentation preferred.
• Experience compiling and analyzing workforce or employee-relations data preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed workforces preferred.
