Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a customer service or support role.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete standard RFP responses.
• Plan sessions with sales, underwriters, and SMEs to address RFP scope and ownership timelines.
• Gather information from functional reps to meet deadlines and coordinate the RFP process.
• Conduct quality reviews of RFP documents and perform peer reviews as needed.
• Provide flexible resources for other teams during non-peak seasons.
