WAHVE is seeking experienced insurance professionals for remote Account Manager assignments. The role leverages decades of health and employee benefits experience to support broker clients from home, handling proposals, plan design options, and enrollment support while maintaining strong service levels.

These remote, long-term positions offer flexible schedules (full or part-time) and company benefits, enabling seasoned professionals to retire from the office but not from work in a collaborative

Competenze

• 25 years of full-time work experience
• 10 most current years of health and employee benefits experience
• Experience working directly for a retail or wholesale benefits broker or insurance carrier

Mansioni

• Managing client relationships and servicing client needs.
• Sending requests for proposals to carriers.
• Analyzing carrier proposals and negotiating a competitive program for new and renewal business.
• Preparing spreadsheets of recommended plan designs and rates.
• Preparing proposals, summary plan descriptions, and benefit guides.
• Assisting with census and open enrollment information.
• Resolving claims and billing issues.
