Job summary

WAHVE is seeking experienced insurance professionals to work from home in Account Manager roles. You will manage client relationships, send carrier RFPs, analyze proposals, and design/price renewal benefit programs for clients.

This remote, long-term position offers full- or part-time schedules and company benefits, enabling you to leverage decades of health and employee benefits expertise without commuting.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 most current years of health and employee benefits experience.
• Experience working directly for a retail or wholesale benefits broker or insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and service client needs.
• Send requests for proposals to carriers.
• Analyze carrier proposals and negotiate a competitive program for new and renewal business.
• Prepare spreadsheets of recommended plan designs and rates.
• Prepare proposals, summary plan descriptions, and benefit guides.
• Assist with census and open enrollment information.
• Resolve claims and billing issues.
