Job summary

Patra Corporation seeks an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to service a block of small employee benefits accounts and be the primary client contact. You will coordinate coverage for renewals and new business while partnering with the India-based implementation team.

You will develop client relationships, manage day-to-day servicing, and drive book growth by proactive account management and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of Employee Benefit Retail Insurance Experience.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and provide timely client service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, team members, India team, and Implementation Consultants.
• Service and manage all aspects of customer service for clients in accordance with Patra procedures.
• Manage retention of policies and promote growth of existing book through account rounding and new business.
• Adhere to Patra Benefits Servicing Standards for all aspects of managing book of business.
• Maintain clients and policies in agency management system; coordinate workflows with India team.
