Job summary

Patra Corporation seeks an Employee Benefits Account Manager to service a block of business with $350,000–$500,000 revenue and be the main client contact. You will coordinate resources to place new business and renewals, while maintaining strong client relationships and high service standards.

You will work with internal teams and our India office to support workflows, ensuring confidentiality and timely responses across all client inquiries and policy changes.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of Employee Benefits account management experience.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License.
• Ability to manage a book of business and retain clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Service all aspects of customer service for clients per procedures.
• Promote growth of existing book through account rounding and new business.
• Maintain accounts in the agency management system with tasks and attachments.
• Deliver timely responses to inquiries and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for workflows and improvements.
