Job summary

Patra Corporation is seeking an Associate Account Manager to proactively manage a designated book of business for clients in the insurance sector. You will collaborate with the India team, deliver exceptional service, and support retention and growth through account rounding and responsive client support.

You will handle renewals, prepare quotes and binders, process endorsements, and maintain agency documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience, up to 1 year preferred.
• Active Life & Health license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an agreed upon book of business and support the India team.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; provide excellent customer service.
• Handle renewal processes: create applications, request quotes, prepare binders and certificates.
• Process endorsements and inquiries; maintain documentation.
• Support retention and growth through account rounding and cross-selling.
