NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. operates a remote radio dispatcher/call-taker role servicing the Greater Prudhoe Bay area in Alaska. The position requires rotating 12-hour shifts, two weeks on and two weeks off, with day and night coverage in a dormitory-style remote camp.

Candidates must be able to work independently, multi-task, and communicate with multiple agencies. English fluency and confidentiality are essential for this remote assignment on Alaska's North Slope.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years related experience in the field.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and contract-specific software.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch emergency services to fires, medical emergencies, and other emergencies.
• Dispatch security personnel to safety/security calls.
• Communicate with agencies and callers, including North Slope Borough and U.S. Military.
• Handle incoming calls and provide information/referrals.
• Use computer-aided dispatch system to capture call data.
