Nana Management Services, LLC is seeking a Remote Radio Dispatcher / Call-Taker to provide emergency dispatch and call-taking in the Greater Prudhoe Bay area of Alaska's North Slope. The role operates on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation with alternating day and night shifts, and you will manage calls and dispatch for fires, medical emergencies, and other incidents.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have at least two years directly related to this field.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and contract-specific software.
• Must pass pre-employment testing (drug, physical, fit-for-duty, hearing).
• Live in dormitory-style remote camp settings.
• Ability to cooperate in a team environment and make quick decisions with minimal supervision.
• Must read/write/speak English and adhere to safety guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Dispatch emergency services to fires, medical emergencies, and other calls.
• Dispatch security personnel for safety and security calls.
• Coordinate with North Slope Borough, Alaska agencies, U.S. Military, and wildlife entities.
• Receive and route calls; provide information and referrals to callers.
• Use CAD to capture information for emergencies and non-emergencies.
• Notify parties via phone, radio, or pager; monitor alarms and notify responsible personnel.
• Answer phones as the on-site operator; manage routine requests.
• Inform leadership of personnel matters requiring follow up.
• Work in shared indoor space; no supervisory responsibilities.
• Work 12-hour shifts on a 2/2 rotation (days/nights) and maintain confidentiality.
