• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills across radio, phone, and chat.
• Experience managing multiple communication channels simultaneously.
• Proficiency with standardized decision-making protocols and checklists.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to complete, accurate documentation.
• Dispatcher or coordinator experience is highly valued; formal certification is not required. No prior AI experience is required.

Responsabilidades
