Job summary

Viridan Group seeks an experienced Technical RPO Recruiter to join our embedded talent team. You will act as an extension of our clients’ internal recruiting functions, handling high-volume campaigns for white-collar technical roles and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

You will drive candidate outreach, own prospecting, coordinate schedules, and guide offers and closures while upholding rigorous process controls and data hygiene across ATS/CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruitment agency, RPO, or embedded consultancy.
• Deep experience sourcing and closing white-collar technical professionals.
• Proactive candidate prospecting, direct outreach, and cold engagement.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and run structured campaigns under pressure.
• Comfort with multiple ATS platforms and adapting to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, cold-outreach, and engage passive white-collar technical candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pools to execute high-volume campaigns.
• Articulate opportunities and represent Viridan Group and client brands.
• Serve as embedded advisor to client HR leads and hiring managers.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment workflows and remove bottlenecks.
• Use market data and candidate feedback to influence hiring strategies.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture fit, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and lead offers and closes.
• Maintain ATS/CRM data hygiene and report metrics.
