Canonical is expanding its Embedded Devices Software Solution Sales team, hiring for roles across regions with remote options. You will prospect, develop key accounts, and close multi-year bookings for Ubuntu and Ubuntu Core for IoT, dealing with enterprise software, cloud, and virtualization.

Travel internationally up to two weeks for company events and up to 50% for customer meetings, with a focus on building trusted, profitable relationships across global regions.

Competenze

• Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
• Undergraduate degree in a technical subject.
• Field sales experience in embedded Linux, embedded software, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with large accounts.
• Professional English with excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally and up to 50% for customer meetings.

Mansioni

• Build and execute a territory sales plan to prioritize security-focused brands and manufacturers.
• Work with marketing to promote Canonical and increase market awareness in prioritized accounts.
• Develop pipeline through outreach, prospecting, local marketing, and industry events.
• Close contracts to meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets.
• Manage customer relationships through all stages of the sales cycle and coordinate with Field Engineers on requirements.
• Maintain accurate data and forecasts in Salesforce and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
