Job summary

Gigapower LLC is seeking an Embedded AI Engineer to partner with Construction Field Installation, identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation and scalable solutions. You will design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications that enhance field operations, installation quality, and workforce productivity.

The role emphasizes collaboration with data, analytics, and AI teams, plus coaching and enabling users to adopt AI technologies across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience developing software, analytics, automation, or AI-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs: prompting, RAG, AI agents, automation workflows, or tool integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience deploying solutions from concept to adoption.
• Working knowledge of SQL and structured datasets.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to operate independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Construction Field Installation leaders to understand workflows and opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
• Identify and deliver AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications including automations, RAG, agents, and internal tools.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI teams for enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Promote adoption through coaching, enablement, training, and ongoing support.
• Measure effectiveness with usage metrics, quality indicators, and business impact.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and refine solutions to maximize value.
• Scale successful AI solutions across other business functions.
• Utilize AI tools to boost individual productivity and accelerate outcomes.
