Job summary

Gigapower LLC is seeking an Embedded AI Engineer to partner with Supply Chain and Administrative Services in a remote capacity. You will identify high‑value AI opportunities, build practical AI solutions, and drive adoption across procurement, inventory, planning, logistics, and vendor management.

The role involves creating AI-powered automations, RAG applications, and internal tools, while supporting Legal and HR functions through intelligent workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years building software, analytics, automation, data, or AI-based solutions.
• Hands-on work with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or automation workflows.
• Strong Python proficiency and SQL with structured data.
• Ability to move concepts to deployed, adopted solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with supply chain, procurement, logistics, legal, and HR to map AI opportunities.
• Identify high-value AI use cases to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Build and deploy AI automations, RAG apps, agents, copilots, and productivity tools.
• Develop procurement visibility, forecasting, and vendor management solutions.
• Create tools for contract review, policy handling, onboarding, and admin workflows.
• Collaborate with data/AI teams on enterprise platforms and data initiatives.
• Coach stakeholders on Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.
• Measure adoption, quality, and business impact; improve capabilities.
