Job summary

Gigapower LLC is seeking an Embedded AI Engineer to partner with Construction Field Installation to identify and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve field operations, installation quality, and workforce productivity.

You will develop practical AI applications ranging from lightweight automations to enterprise-scale tools, collaborating with data engineers and analytics teams to scale impact across fiber construction programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Construction Field Installation teams to understand workflows and opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and workforce productivity.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications including automations and retrieval-augmented generation solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI teams for enterprise data and cross-functional coordination.
• Promote AI adoption through coaching, training, and ongoing support.
• Measure solution effectiveness through usage metrics and business impact analysis.
