Job summary

Mark Manson is building a scalable email operations function. This role owns the calendar and workflow behind every send and funnel, coordinating across copy, design, product, data, and ads.

You’ll ensure tagging, QA, and tracking are flawless, with development support for heavy lifts, while not writing copy or design. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, sequences, lead magnets, and funnels, QA in Kit, and maintain Notion databases for clean, well-documented processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years running marketing ops or marketing PM with email at center
• Experience with lists of 200,000+ subscribers
• Deliverability fluency: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sender reputation, list hygiene

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end email marketing operations, campaigns and lead magnet funnels
• Manage calendar, tasks, approvals and QA to maintain timely sends
• Coordinate across content, product, ad and data teams for growth
• Build and QA in Kit (ConvertKit): sequences, templates, tags, and links
• Ensure accurate tracking and trustworthy reporting of metrics
• Maintain Notion databases and funnel mappings
• Own deliverability at scale: reputation, authentication, warming
• Report performance to Head of Growth
