Crystal Equation is seeking a Temporary Email Marketing Technology & Audience Planning Manager to oversee the technical planning and setup of lifecycle and marketing programs on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The role focuses on deliverability, audience strategy, data readiness, and cross-functional processes to enable scalable campaigns.

You will advise on technical requirements, data inputs, and measurement while guiding a scaled marketing team to execute campaigns globally.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in email marketing tech or related roles
• Executive-level SFMC knowledge including audience/segmentation concepts
• Strong deliverability understanding and impact on inbox placement
• Ability to influence across multiple teams in a matrixed environment

Aufgaben

• Provide technical guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup and operating best practices for scalable programs
• Advise on deliverability fundamentals and suppression strategy with internal stakeholders
• Define and document audience creation and segmentation approaches with analytics/data teams
• Translate business requirements into technical marketing requirements (data, audiences, tracking) and socialize plans
• Partner cross-functionally to drive alignment and support implementation readiness
• Review program readiness from a technical perspective and recommend improvements
• Create clear technical documentation, playbooks, and stakeholder updates for consistent execution
