AVB is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support our member-clients through strategic email programs. You will onboard and deploy scalable email campaigns, craft compelling copy, and design engaging visuals in a remote, agency-like environment.

The role emphasizes data-driven optimization and collaboration with internal teams to drive ROI. The position requires 3+ years in email marketing, HTML/CSS familiarity, and a detail-oriented, creative mindset.

• Proven track record of creating and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email analytics and metrics.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for custom email designs.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns and drip journeys for member-clients.
• Consult and suggest customized email strategies for member-clients.
• Craft compelling email copy and design engaging visuals.
• Test subject lines, layouts, and CTAs to optimize results.
• Manage email databases with segmentation and targeting.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends and apply insights.
